Credit Programs

Did you know you can lower your stormwater utility bill? You may qualify for the following credits if you undertake specific, approved actions to reduce the impact of stormwater runoff on the public stormwater system, or provide ongoing public benefits related to stormwater management.

To qualify, the customer must meet the requirements listed in the Stormwater Utility Policy Manual and submit a completed credit application form to the Department of Public Works. Multiple credits can be applied to eligible properties; however the maximum credit to any one property is 50% of the stormwater rate (but never less than the residential rate of one ERU).
